What we fix
What we waterproof
Roofing and waterproofing for rooftop slabs and car porch slabs is what we do most. We also waterproof balconies, terraces and foundations, and for commercial buildings, basements, roofs and exterior walls.
-

Rooftop slab
Flat concrete roofs on houses, apartments and commercial buildings. Torch-on membrane laid across the whole slab as one continuous surface.
-

Car porch slab
The slab over the car porch takes sun all day and rain all year. We waterproof it with the same torch-on system.
-

Balcony and terrace
Balconies, terraces and upper-floor walkways kept leak-free with the same durable membrane.
-

Roof leak repair
A leak that returns every rainy season. We solve it long term rather than patching it for the next one.
Foundation
Foundations secured against water infiltration, for long-term stability.
Basement and exterior wall
For commercial properties: basements, roofs and exterior walls protected from leaks, seepage and structural damage.
Residential: landed houses, apartments and condominiums. Commercial: shopping malls, airport retail units, schools, offices and institutional buildings.
How it works
Heat-fused sheet by sheet. One surface, no joints for water to find.
Torch-on bituminous membrane is the system we use most. Each sheet is heated with a gas torch and fused to the surface and to the sheet before it, so the finished roof is one continuous layer with a strong bond. It has high resistance to heat and ageing, which is why it is used on flat roofs and areas exposed to direct sunlight.
-
Rolls on the roof
Membrane is delivered in rolls
The rolls are staged across the slab before the first sheet is laid.
-
Torched and fused
Each sheet is heated and bonded
To the surface, and to the sheet before it. Heat fusion, strong bond.
-
One surface
The finished roof is one continuous layer
Seamless, UV and heat resistant, built for the Malaysian weather.

Questions we're asked
What waterproofing system do you use?
